Masaru Takagi
Profile
After graduating the University of Tokyo, served the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Japan (MAFF) for 34 years in various roles of government officials, including the Detupty Vice-Minister of MAFF and the Director of Food Agency. Upon the retirement from MAFF in 2001, Mr. Takagi entered to the judicial arena with specialty in agriculture, forestry and fisheries areas, and public legislative policy. Mr. Takagi’s credo is to purse the fair resolution through attentive understanding of issues with clients.
